I have been going to Lexy Nails for over 15 years. I currently use Haylee for my manicures and pedicures but have gone to every employee that works here. They are all talented and take care in providing exceptional service.

Haylee is THE best!!! She can design on the fly, from color my ideas to themes, if we're going that route. We love Haylee; my better half sees her for his mani/pedi, also. Salon is always clean & everyone is friendly and easy to work with

My first pedicure ever. Had an appointment, walked in and was given no instructions other than sign in. Then told to sit in the back. I had no idea what I was doing and no one was willing to help me. I asked another client where I was supposed to sit since the chairs looked different and one was already set up for someone. The girl who did my pedicure was nice but I never learned her name. I showed her my gift card so she proceeded to give me the pedicure that matched the gift card. After I was all done, she then tells me my gift card was too old (2.5 years) and they would only honor half of the gift card amount. I was very surprised. No one told me ahead, there is nothing on the gift card itself stating this rule and it was already done. What was I going to do at that point? She puts me under the blower while she cashed me out and leaves me there with no mention of how long I will be there - and she never came back! I asked others after sitting there 45 minutes what was happening. One told me to sit for 10-15 more minutes. After waiting for that amount of time, I finally saw the girl who had done my pedicure and asked her what was going on, and she said I could go. Do I wear the flip flop things and separators outside? I have no idea. It was very bizarre and definitely not an overall great experience. I like my nails and how they look and enjoyed some of the pedicure process, so I gave 4 stars.
